As a Design Director at LendingClub, I led teams of product designers across three business units who were responsible for the experience of 15M+ consumers per year. Highlights include transforming team culture, elevating team output, and establishing the strategic value of design within the organization.

Envisioning new product features
I led an initiative at BBVA to envision a new value proposition for direct-deposit customers in Latin America. Based on insights from my team’s customer research, we created a suite of new features and financial products that are successfully attracting, engaging and retaining customers.

As a Design Director at BBVA, I led teams that reimagined banking experiences for consumers and small businesses, helped to create new Fintech businesses, and grew teams in Latin America.

Creating a Flexible System, Franklin Templeton
I led the team which redesigned a suite of sites for Franklin Templeton Investments.
We created a responsive system for US retail, international, institutional sites which better showcases thought leadership and the brand, dramatically updates the visual design, and presents funds in compelling new ways.
